DELIVERY POLICY

All the knives you see on this site are in stock in the UK ready for immediate shipping all prices include either Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on the value of the goods.  I will always try and provide a next day delivery service but as this is not always possible I promise to dispatch your order as quickly as I can.

RETURNS POLICY

If you find that any knife purchased from me does not give you the pleasure of ownership you desire, then providing the knife is in the same condition as when it left me then feel free to return it to me for a full refund.

No handling or restocking fee will be charged.

If you decide to return anything then please contact me within 7 days from delivery date.

This does not apply to any non stock items specially ordered by you.

At present I have a 2 years plus record of no returns!

PAYMENT POLICY

All orders must be made with interpersonal contact and any UK based Email exchanges must be followed by a phone call for age verification purposes.  Please feel free to drop me an Email or telephone message and I will happily call you back.

I will accept payment in cash, cheque, postal order, bank transfer, credit card or Paypal.

Have you ever wondered when you're at the checkout in Tesco why the till receipt tells you your going to give a percentage of the total to card services but if you pay cash they don't give you a discount. I have and I've always thought it rather unfair so in keeping with this my prices reflect a cash price and if you wish to pay by Paypal or credit card then I would ask for you to add 3.5% to the price of the knife you wish to purchase.

No information that may be kept about you will ever be shared or sold to any other company.  I take the security of your details seriously and the only details kept on file will be your name and address to which I may send you details of any events I am personally involved in.  If you do not wish to be sent any promotional items please email or phone.

I will never send you spam emails or cold call.

The site hosting company keeps a log of site visitor statistics and I may occasionally check these for research purposes only.

Any un-needed paperwork is crosscut shredded and email files deleted regularly.
