Ariel Salaverria

Two awesome knives from this great Argentinian smith, both these knives are of San Mai construction.  This basically means the blade has three layers forge welded together the central core does the bulk of the cutting work whilst the damascus outer layers can sit back and look pretty! Both these knives have a damascus butt cap and come in gorgeous pouch sheaths which really give these knives a Gaucho feel.
